Submission Guidelines<\/h1>\n

1. Criteria for abstract submission\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Scientific Relevance Alignment with conference themes<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Originality and Novelty: New findings or approaches<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Clarity of Objectives Clear and concise statement of the research question or hypothesis. Objectives should be specific and well-defined.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n

    Methodology: use of appropriate methodology. Clearly described experimental design, study population, or analytical approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n
    \u00a0Data Quality and Results: Presentation of concrete, interpretable data. Statistical significance and biological relevance.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Conclusions: conclusions supported directly by the results. Relevance of findings discussed in context (biological, clinical).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \n

    Structure and Formatting: each abstract must include the following clearly labeled sections:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Title: concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations or vague terms.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Authors and Affiliations: full names of all authors. Affiliated institutions and corresponding author email. The name of the presenting author must be underlined.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Background: brief context and significance of the study. Clearly state the problem or gap addressed.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Objectives: state the specific research question or aim of the study.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Methods: -brief description of study design, experimental techniques, or analysis tools. – mention sample size and statistical methods if applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Results: – Summarize the key findings with specific data. – Include quantitative data if available (e.g., fold changes, p-values, confidence intervals).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Conclusion: – main conclusion(s) based on results. – Briefly state implications, applications, or future directions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Keywords (3\u20135 keywords): for indexing and reviewer assignment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      Language and Grammar: Proper English language, free of grammar or spelling mistakes and a logical flow of information.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

      • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Word limit: Typically, 250\u2013300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Language: English<\/span><\/li>\n
      • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Font: Standard font (e.g., Arial ).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>No tables, figures, or references.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        2. Poster specifications<\/div>\n

          Poster dimensions:
          <\/span>Width: 58 cm
          <\/span>Height: 116 cm
          <\/span>Resolution: 50 pixels per centimeter (px\/cm)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

          \n

          The poster should be written in English and should include the following<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Title and authors as written in the submitted Abstract<\/span><\/li>\n
          • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Logo of your university or Institute<\/span><\/li>\n
          • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Very brief introduction. Recommendation: Try to use graphics instead of writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Results: show figures. Recommendation: Use as little text as possible. The figure should be self-explanatory<\/span><\/li>\n
          • <\/span> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Conclusion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            At the end of the conference, three prizes will be announced for the best 3 posters. Try to be creative!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

            3. Motivation Letter for the Practical Workshop<\/h2>\n
            \n

            Write in English a short introductory background, including your study major. Why do you want to join? What is your motivation?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
