Submission Guidelines

1. Criteria for abstract submission 

1. Scientific Relevance Alignment with conference themes
2. Originality and Novelty: New findings or approaches
3. Clarity of Objectives Clear and concise statement of the research question or hypothesis. Objectives should be specific and well-defined.

4. Methodology: use of appropriate methodology. Clearly described experimental design, study population, or analytical approach.

5.  Data Quality and Results: Presentation of concrete, interpretable data. Statistical significance and biological relevance.
6. Conclusions: conclusions supported directly by the results. Relevance of findings discussed in context (biological, clinical).

7. Structure and Formatting: each abstract must include the following clearly labeled sections:

   •       Title: concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations or vague terms.
   •       Authors and Affiliations: full names of all authors. Affiliated institutions and corresponding author email. The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
   •       Background: brief context and significance of the study. Clearly state the problem or gap addressed.
   •       Objectives: state the specific research question or aim of the study.
   •       Methods: -brief description of study design, experimental techniques, or analysis tools. – mention sample size and statistical methods if applicable.
   •       Results: – Summarize the key findings with specific data. – Include quantitative data if available (e.g., fold changes, p-values, confidence intervals).
   •       Conclusion: – main conclusion(s) based on results. – Briefly state implications, applications, or future directions.
   •       Keywords (3–5 keywords): for indexing and reviewer assignment.
8. Language and Grammar: Proper English language, free of grammar or spelling mistakes and a logical flow of information.

9. Formatting and Length:

   •       Word limit: Typically, 250–300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
   •       Language: English
   •       Font: Standard font (e.g., Arial ).
   •       No tables, figures, or references.

1. Poster dimensions:
   Width: 58 cm
   Height: 116 cm
   Resolution: 50 pixels per centimeter (px/cm)

2. The poster should be written in English and should include the following:

   •       Title and authors as written in the submitted Abstract
   •       Logo of your university or Institute
   •       Very brief introduction. Recommendation: Try to use graphics instead of writing.
   •       Results: show figures. Recommendation: Use as little text as possible. The figure should be self-explanatory
   •       Conclusion

3. Motivation Letter for the Practical Workshop
