Dr. Rami Jarjour

Research Director at the Atomic Energy Commission (Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology) and Head of the Department of Medical Genetics and Genomic Studies. A specialist physician in medical genetics and genetic counseling, he possesses extensive academic and research experience in these fields. He has served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Arab International University, since 2017.

He holds a PhD and an MSc in Medical Genetics from the University of Glasgow (UK), as well as a degree in Medicine from Damascus University.

He has published over 19 scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
